Family Academy Sessions

The Family and Community Engagement Department is excited to partner with various departments and organizations to offer Family Academy sessions designed to support the whole family. Below are the details for the upcoming Family Academy Sessions.

Families will discover simple nutrition tips that can enhance heart health and help them make heart-healthy choices each day.

This session will provide a comprehensive overview of Exceptional Children Services within our district. ** EOG Dates/PROCTOR’S NEEDED **

As we begin to move closer to our End of Grade Tests, we are in need of proctors.  The days with the largest proctor needs are May 22nd, 23rd, 27th, and 28th.  Testing runs from 8:00-12:00 each day, and proctors will need to be signed in at school around 7:45 to begin moving into their testing role.  Once testing is complete for that session, you will be free to go.

Proctor Requirements:

•          Age 18 or older and not a K-12 student

•          Complete the CMS Volunteer Parent Registration Form at:  https://www.cmsvolunteers.com/

•          Attend proctor training (Must attend even if you have been previously trained) (Only need to attend one session below for approximately 30 minutes):

-      May 12, 2025 8:30 or 3:30 

-      May 15, 2025 3:30

-      May 19, 2025 8:30 and 3:30
